Cancellation & Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not allow cancellations, returns or exchanges. If you have a problem with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

Custom Orders

During our busy seasons, we will be limiting the number of custom orders we are able to take on. If you have a question - reach out to us! And we can let you know.

Shipping

Currently - All Garlands will ship within 5 Business Days following the initial Order date. Shipping time is in addition to the production time. Delivery time will depend on what you choose at checkout through USPS. If you order multiple items, your full order will not ship until all items are ready. We do not guarantee items to arrive by Holiday deadlines, as we sell Holiday items year round. It is up to the customer to make sure that they will receive their items in time for the Holiday they are purchasing it for.

Free shipping is offered at this time for orders over $100 at checkout, prior to shipping and taxes, and being shipped within the United States. If your order qualifies, it will automatically be discounted at checkout.

Delivery

All orders will be delivered according to the method a customer chooses at checkout through USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages if items show delivered on USPS. If you have a problem with delivery, please contact USPS to work out a claim.

Do you ship to my country?

Currently we ship orders in the United States and Canada.
